The heavy-duty Dinerbot with markerless operation and increased security.
The Dinerbot T9 Pro model is particularly well-suited for larger quantities. It offers space for up to 40 kg of payload on four shelves. Sensors on the shelves detect whether the item has been removed, allowing the robot to continue its work without further intervention. In addition to the touchscreen display, it features an additional display that enables human facial expressions, making interaction with guests particularly pleasant.
The Dinerbot T9 Pro features cutting-edge technology. Compared to its predecessor, the T5 Laser, the Dinerbot T9 Pro features a significantly improved lidar/camera system, as well as VSLAM for additional orientation based on natural ceiling features (e.g., lights, fire alarms, ventilation, and uneven surfaces). The Dinerbot T9 Pro's navigation is currently among the best among service robots.
The use of service robots in the hospitality industry has become an international trend, gaining increasing importance both in Germany and elsewhere. Their advantages must be utilized in the hospitality industry. Service robots are also increasingly being used in communal catering and are providing optimal support in elderly care and hospitals.
STAFF SUPPORT
Service robots offer valuable assistance to employees in the hospitality industry. They can take over repetitive and physically demanding tasks such as serving food and drinks and clearing tables. This relieves the burden on employees and allows them to focus on more demanding tasks, such as providing personalized customer service and personalized attention.
BETTER QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE FOR GUESTS
Service robots in the restaurant industry also offer numerous advantages for guests. They enable faster and more efficient service. Even with limited staff, regular opening hours can be maintained. The robots take over the legwork, leaving service staff with more time for guests.
