In holistic coaching, we look at the entire system: mindset, energy, focus, systems, and relationships . Instead of isolated tips, you'll receive a common thread that connects performance and well-being. We work with tools from positive psychology, habit design, self-management, stress regulation, and values work—translated into simple routines and clear decisions.

Typical destinations

  • Work more efficiently: Priorities, focus blocks, meeting hygiene, deep work rhythm

  • Creating balance: energy balance, boundaries, regeneration, sleep basics

  • Increase fulfillment: clarify values, utilize strengths, and give goals meaning

  • Improve relationships: communication, feedback, conflict clarity

Formats & Content

  • 1:1 coaching (60–75 min): target image, assessment of current situation, personal development plan

  • Intensive phase 6 weeks: weekly sessions, habit setup, check-ins, measuring points

  • Sparring on demand: short interim impulses (15–20 min) for decisions & hurdles

What you take with you

  • 3–5 customized routines (e.g., focus sprint, recovery microbreak, weekly review)

  • A clear system for tasks, deadlines and priorities (tool-agnostic)

  • Measurable markers (e.g. focus time/week, energy score, satisfaction index)

  • Decision framework: What you say “yes” to – and what you consciously say “no” to

Sequence

  1. Getting to know each other (15 min, free): Goals, fit, framework

  2. Kick-off session: Location, values & goals, quick wins for 7 days

  3. Progression: Implementation, solving obstacles, consolidating routines

  4. Conclusion & Transfer: Review of markers, maintenance plan (self-coaching ritual)
