With Atemklar Coaching , you learn to use your breath as a tool. We combine scientifically proven breathing techniques (e.g., slow nasal breathing) with everyday routines. The result: less inner restlessness, more concentration, faster recovery, and better sleep quality.
Each session is practice-oriented: brief theory, guided exercises, fine-tuning your technique, and a personalized practice plan. You'll receive audio instructions, mini-logs for work/training/sleep, and optional feedback between sessions. No esotericism—just clear tools you can use immediately.
For whom?
People with high cognitive load, managers, teams under time pressure, athletes and anyone who wants to regulate stress and sustainably improve performance.
Format & Content

1:1 coaching (60 min): Goal clarification, breath screening, personalized plan, audio guides. Online coaching.
What you take with you
-
3–5 core exercises for different situations (calming, activating, falling asleep).

Personal practice plan (10–20 min/day) + audio prompts.

Measurable markers (e.g., resting respiratory rate, subjective stress scale, focus score).
Sequence

Free introductory session (15 min).

Initial session with screening & immediate plan.

Weekly practice + check-ins, concluding with transfer to everyday life.
Note: Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment and is sensitive to contraindications (e.g., in the case of acute heart/respiratory diseases, please consult a doctor beforehand).

Compact course for teams (2×90 min): Stress reset at work, focus protocols, meeting preparation.

Intensive program 4–6 weeks : progression, CO₂ tolerance building, sleep/recovery module, habit design.
